Clark Hall is a 1960’s residence hall on the main University of North Texas campus, that houses over 300 students. The university has undertaken a renovation of the lobby, welcome desk, games and meeting rooms to better address the needs of students, provide an updated appearance and create bold branding. 

The solution completely reworked the floor plan in order to improve accessibility, increase efficiency and supervision. The results created a quiet study room, a centralized desk, an open games room and a new lounge. The classic design features a green “box” behind the desk which promotes UNT and the Mean Green.
